Events Each day
of the rally there is a full programme of arena events,
which include parades of exhibits, ladies and gents steering
races, the children's tug of war against a steam engine, the Ridgeside Falconry Display
and the Richard Read Lorry Display.

Tractor Pulling
Always
popular at
Welland
is the tractor pulling display.
The idea is to see which tractor can pull the weighted
sledge the farthest or in the shortest time over a measured
distance. The tractor pullers run throughout the
weekend and its a spectacular display at night. |
Ridgeside Falconry
Ridgeside Falconry is a regular at Welland Steam and Country Rally. This is one of the
largest mobile display teams in the country and it consists
of a static display 15 birds of prey from all around the
world, plus spectacular free flying demonstrations in the
arena. |
Firework Display
On the Saturday night of the
rally there is a firework display to entertain all the
visitors. |

Fairground Organs &  Punch
& Judy
There is always a wide variety
of fairground organs playing at various locations around Welland Rally and Punch and Judy return every year to
entertain the children.
